This statement applies to this website, which is run by The Hull & District Squash Association Limited (company number 04064708).

This statement was prepared on 20 September 2026 and is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.

We want everyone to be able to use this site, and we do what we can to make that true. It is built to use proper headings, form controls with real labels, navigation reachable by keyboard alone, and text that meets recognised contrast levels. Where we fall short we would rather know: tell us and we will fix it.

How we have tested it. We test the site ourselves rather than commissioning an audit. Our most recent check, on 20 September 2026, covered colour contrast across the site’s palette, alternative text on images, labelling of form controls, and the words used on links and buttons. Contrast passed at every combination the design uses. The checks found no missing alternative text and no unlabelled links or buttons on any public page; they did find form fields in the administrator area, which members do not use, that needed proper labels.

What we have not done. The site has not been audited by an external specialist and we do not claim to meet WCAG 2.2 in full. We have not yet completed testing with a screen reader across every page.

If something is in your way. Email us and say what you were trying to do and what stopped you. We will reply, and if we can fix it we will — and if we cannot fix it quickly we will tell you how else to get what you needed.
